Karen Lucille Hale ( Also Known as Lucy Kate Hale or Lucy Hale) was born on June 14, 1989 in Memphis Tennessee. Shortened to just Lucy Hale, or Lucy Kate Hale, Lucy was named after her grandmother, Jessie Kate Terry Caperton. The youngest of three, Lucy has a sister, Maggie, and a step-broher, Wes.
